Introduction 
Shetland Wool Week is a community run festival with Shetland Wool at its heart.  Our focus is on celebrating and promoting all aspects of the Shetland Wool industry.  To this end our aim is to engage as wide a range of visitors, residents, local businesses and those connected to the wool industry possible in our textile heritage and future.

Inclusivity Values
Shetland Wool Week is a community run festival.  Our festival respects the rights, dignity and worth of every person and will treat everyone equally within the context of our activities regardless of age, disability, gender, race, ethnicity, religious belief, sexuality or social/economic status. We are committed to everyone having the right to enjoy the festival and associated activities in an environment free from threat of intimidation, harassment and abuse All participants have a responsibility to oppose discriminatory behaviours and promote equality of opportunity
