What a buzz we had on Friday evening at the launch event of the new Shetland Week Patron Alison Rendall and her beautiful Buggiflooer Beanie!
We welcomed guests to the Shetland Museum where we thanked outgoing patron Linda Shearer, who has been a fantastic custodian of the role – as she passed on the mantle to Alison.

All five yarn producers had a stall selling hat pattern kits which are now available to purchase online.
It was a lovely evening catching up with friends – lots of laughs and yarning.
